School Days

May 7th and 8th

School Days is an opportunity for school children to ride a full-sized diesel-powered train and see displays of America's railroading history. Students will take a round-trip train ride on vintage coaches for approximately 30 minutes. You can tour railway cars that may include a post office car, a sleeping car, and a caboose. Trains depart at 9:30 am, 10:15 am, and 11:00 am. Please allow approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours to ride the train and view the exhibits. To make your visit more enjoyable, we are limiting the number of passengers per train. Accommodations are also available for home school groups and pre-school age children. Please make your reservations early.
